⋆⭒Generalities⭒⋆

Read the Terms of Service first, If you generate the payment it means that you agree to them.✦ -Please credit me on any social media or streaming platforms.
✦ -I have the right to refuse to work anything I'm not comfortable with.
✦-Pricing and TAT may changes depending on the illustration complexity.

⋆⭒Payments⭒⋆

⋆ ˚｡⋆୨ ʚɞ ୧⋆ ˚｡⋆✦ -Payment will be made through PayPal invoices: At the time of payment, I'll need your email address associated with the PayPal account that you'll use to pay, to generate and send you the invoice in order to make the payment more secure.
✦ -Payment must be paid in full before I start working on your commission.
✦ -I have a policy of no refunds unless the commission has not been started.

⋆⭒Way to work⭒⋆

⋆ ˚｡⋆୨ ʚɞ ୧⋆ ˚｡⋆✦ -I work by payment order and the complexity of the artwork. If you paid first, your commission will come up first, or If your artwork is more complex, your commission will take a little longer to deliver. You can check your turn on the wait list.✦ -I'll send you wips throughtout the process that would need your approval before processing. I appreciate your early feedbacks!✦ -3 changes before the coloring free of charge. Middle-stage modifications or add-ons cost an extra fee depending on the case.✦ -Big-stage modifications as pose, perspective, etc., aren't accepted once the sketch is approved.✦ -Delivery depends on your wait list position and the requested type of work, please have in this in consideration.

⋆⭒USE⭒⋆

⋆ ˚｡⋆୨ ʚɞ ୧⋆ ˚｡⋆✦ -Only for PERSONAL USE.
✦ -If it is found that the commission was used commercially. It will be reported on the platform and notice will be given on my social media to prevent more illustrators and content creators.

⋆⭒INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS⭒⋆

⋆ ˚｡⋆୨ ʚɞ ୧⋆ ˚｡⋆✦ -Your commission can be published on any of my social media as an example for future works. If you want it to be a complete private commission you'll be charged an additional fee.
✦ -PROHIBITED to edit the artwork without permission, this has an extra fee.
✦ -PROHIBITED use the commissioned work for AI training or something similar.

⋆⭒COMMUNICATION⭒⋆

⋆ ˚｡⋆୨ ʚɞ ୧⋆ ˚｡⋆✦ -Any questions about the commission can be done.
✦ -I will be given you a time approximation before beginning the commission. If there's any circumstance I will let you know.
✦ -I will give any progress update every week.
✦ -Rescheduling may be disscused if needed.
